Darin enthalten sind Interviews, Arbeiten aus seiner Jugendzeit, einige Essays, Kurzgeschichten, Vorträge, die King gehalten hat, und vieles mehr. Das Buch beginnt mit einem von Peter Straub geschriebenen Vorwort. Leider ist das Buch bisher nicht in einer deutschen Übersetzung erschienen.
